Great hotel on a fabulous area of Italy

Every thing about the hotel indicate luxury. Location, room, view and staff.

Safety. There was a step getting into the hotel and I fell causing ankle problem for the rest of my trip to Italy. Unfortunate but hotel should address this issue. I was told that others have tripped on this same spot.

Really enjoyable, well run property - and great spa!

Great (albeit short) stay on the night of our 20th Anniversary. The Belvedere team put us in a fantastic room with a terrace and unobstructed view of the lake, sent parfaits and a bottle of tasty Prosecco and generally took great care of us.

No complaints! It would have been nice to get to the room without going outside, given the lousy weather - but this didn't bother us.

Wonderful stay- our 2nd time at the Belevedere and we will return again!

Loved the view! Eating breakfast and looking out at the lake was a great start to our day. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had to order drivers several times and your hotel made it very easy.

Excellent boutique hotel in perfect location to explore Bellagio and Lake Como

Hotel Belvedere -5* Wonderful hillside hotel at the top of Belaggio. We were in the annex in a lovely room with balcony overlooking the amazing countryside of Lake Como. Smallish room but well laid out and very comfortable. Service was impeccable. Two special “thank you’s”: 1. Felipe, the concierge, who gave us great advice on how to spend two days (one day exploring Como and the other day exploring Varenna & Villa Carlotta, then an amazing meal at Belle Ile and an 8:30pm ferry ride back to Belaggio.) 2. Diana, who serviced our room, and was so incredibly friendly and nice. Always making sure there was an extra sheet on the bed and always with a smile. Muchas gracias, Diana.

Breakfast included eggs, but pancakes and other specialty items were extra charge. They should have been included like in other highly rated hotels.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect, the hotel was beautiful and in a great location (5 mins walk from the center so it was near but not too loud). The room was gorgeous and breakfast was delicious. We particularly loved the spa where we enjoyed the sauna, steam room and salt room, as well as the outdoor heated jacuzzi. It is expensive but worth it!

What was the highlight of Hotel Belvedere

This hotel is a real gem

We were a group of over 20 family and friends in Bellagio for a memorial service. The hotel went above and beyond, even assisting me in obtaining flowers for the event. The manager, in particular, was exemplary in every way and he checked in with us at various times during our stay to ensure things were going well. Another thing worth noting was the hotel breakfast, which was included. It was simply outstanding! Also, the bar service was quite nice and the lobby area was comfortable for smaller groups of us to congregate. In sum, this hotel was a real gem!

The hotel shuttle to the ferry landings is only available for arrival and departure, which can be an issue for disabled guests. The manager was thankfully very accommodating of the few people in our party in need of transportation assistance each day of our stay. But we had to reach out to him personally to request it as the front desk staff insisted the shuttle was only for arrival and departure.

Best hotel in Bellagio!

Breakfast was incredible and delicious, there were so many food options! We splurged on a suite and have no regrets as the view was amazing! The staff greeted us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and hand written note for our honeymoon. Our suite was cleaned twice a day, with plenty of fresh towels. 2 water bottles were also provided per day which was very nice. The spa was amazing - it included a salt room, ice room, sauna, steam room, multiple showers at various temps and water pressures.

The pool and jacuzzi were fairly cold for being heated so we weren’t able to enjoy as much as we would have liked.

Beautiful location and hotel. Great getaway.

I had room 401 which has a partial lake view. The view was beautiful. The room was small but beautiful and well decorated. It was quiet and we were able to sleep. The room also had two balconies. It was lovely. The breakfast was also ample, t

The bathroom was beautiful but not practical. The decor was very modern so the toilet and bidet were also modern and not traditionally designed. But, we did get used to the the height and narrow size of the toilet. I also have a suggestion for the tub. They need to add hand grips so that people don't slip. The tub is high and deep and you have to be very intentional when getting out of the tub.
